Her journey with Retisoft began in 2005, leading Sales and Marketing. In 2014, she assumed the leadership of the company. Driven by a culture of client success and company results, her focus has been in building an extensive network within the Life Science and Automation community. She participates in several groups like SLAS and LRIG. Elizabeth collaborates with trusted automation partners who are aligned with her vision and values of client success. Those strategic partnerships, and the Retisoft product business model enables Retisoft to impact across more research labs. She is proud to be able to supply automation products to the Life Science industry.
Miguel Mendieta
Miguel has a Software Systems Engineer, Master in Business Administration, and a specialization in project management.
Miguel has a Software Systems Engineer and Master in Business Administration degrees. He has specializations and experience in Digital Business, Business Management Strategies, Business Management Development, Management Skills and Sales, and Training in virtual environments.
Miguel holds a PMP Certification with a proven history of project management in the research laboratory automation industry, telecommunications, and software development companies.
Andy Wong
Andy is a software architect and engineer who has been part of the Retisoft team since 2009.
Andy is a software architect and engineer who has been part of the Retisoft team since 2009. He spends the majority of his time brainstorming ideas to improve the Genera scheduling software.
Andy believes that being an effective software engineer requires an up-to-date knowledge of the current technology. To this end, Andy enjoys developing software and being hands-on in the process.
Daniel King
Daniel King is a software application engineer with years of experience in laboratory automation
Daniel King is a software application engineer with years of experience in laboratory automation. Prior to joining Retisoft in July 2016, he worked as the lead automation engineer on an antibody discovery platform at the University of Chicago.
Now he works on improving Genera, writing instrument drivers, and supporting clients. Having been a long-time user of Genera as a customer before joining Retisoft, he has a lot of experience developing automated workflows and can put that knowledge to work to help customers automate their experiments.

Tom is an automation expert with over 30 years consulting, managing, and directing small and large teams in the biotech research and clinical industries. The past twenty years have been focused on delivering novel automated and custom engineered solutions to improve processes in Ag Biotech Research. Tom has led and been a part of teams that have made lasting impressions on GMO testing science worldwide. He has automated numerous scientific processes and engineered, implemented, and supported many new and cutting-edge technologies.
Tom also heads Contextual Automation, LLC, a laboratory automaton consulting service that can help laboratories optimize science processes and expedite automation system solutions.

Jeff has over 18 years of automation engineering experience focused in design, support, programming and development of simple lab devices for single purpose functionality to fully automated custom robotic work cells for high throughput screening and research operations.
